We are immersed in the interpreted memory of another.
The gaze becomes architecture. The space, silent narration.

The Witness Constructs the Space
From a single still image, I reconstructed a 360° landscape, emptied of all human presence.

The Gaze, Alone
Detached from its owner, a gaze floats, silent, unresolved.
It is no longer a gesture. No longer a face.

Eye tracking data from the lightbox works Acrobats 01 and Acrobats 02, reimagined in virtual reality.

Objectif
Translate a data-driven project and create an immersive space where someone else’s gaze becomes the narrative.
Why VR?
To step into a gaze as one would step into a place.
To explore what was missed, not just what was seen.
To feel the presence of a fleeting moment.

What it explores
