Auto-Prosopagnosie is a real-time generative artwork created from an AI model I personally trained. The piece continuously reshapes my face, never appearing the same twice, revealing an endless flow of fleeting identities. Inspired by a period of doubt, it explores the tension between self-recognition and inner perception. The work exists both as an infinite animation and as printed variations, each capture preserving a unique and unrepeatable moment.
This creation is part of my broader exploration of memory, perception, and our intimate reality, of what we are, and of the fragile dichotomy between how we perceive ourselves and how we are seen by others. Like a delicate mirror, it reminds us that something luminous still remains, even in the depths of the soul.
